How is adenoid size diagnosed?

In children, whose family or follow-up pediatrician suspects adenoid enlargement, first of all, the endoscopic examination performed by Ear Nose and Throat Diseases specialists determines how much the adenoid has grown and how much congestion it has caused. If this examination is not possible for various reasons, it is detected with a radiological film called nasopharyngeal radiography.
